Fun Themed Kid’s Party Idea: Valentine’s Day

This was a special day. A day I just knew the kids would remember forever!! I’m not sure how many days we get like this as parents but I know this was one of the great ones.

We took the kids out for a Valentine’s Day patio lunch, which was epic to begin with since we haven’t been out to eat in nearly a year. As we ate, Sleepy Dreams Slumber Parties was working away setting up the most dreamy Valentine’s Day themed hang out for our babies. Literally we left the front door accessible, headed to lunch and we came home to a set up that was no less than magical.

When we got home, the kids were shocked to walk in and see three perfectly set up tents (two pink for the girls and a white one for Bryce), balloon arches, a play table set for a tea party, macaroons, chocolate covered strawberries, lanterns, the works! They could not believe our living room had transformed into these insanely awesome little love forts with air mattresses! It was PLAY TIME!!

We spent the day with a tea party, listening to music, having dinner at the little play table and letting the kids just chill together. They climbed into each other’s forts to show each other something on an iPad, or to check out each other’s tent. It was perfection, and I won’t anytime soon forget it.

I’m writing this as my kids are snoring away in these magical tents. Sleepy Dreams Slumber Parties will pick everything up tomorrow, but the memories will stay here. If you are local to Philadelphia, these pictures don’t lie and these memories will not fade anytime soon! I highly recommend a fun themed party for kids with Sleepy Dreams Slumber Parties!

xo, Allison
