Nuuly Clothing Rental Review

Have you guys heard of Nuuly? I always had it in my head it was a clothing rental subscription for those heading into the office or needing extra work clothes. I was super wrong (although there are SUPER cute work pieces)! I recently signed up for a monthly Nuuly membership and it was such an enjoyable experience! There is a LOT more on the site than work clothes for her!

Initial sign up is $88 and includes your monthly subscription, shipping and returns, and six clothing pieces to select. You answer a bunch of questions regarding sizing and then dig right into picking your pieces. The clothing brands include Anthropologie, Free People, Urban Outfitters, and other emerging brands and designers. Bottom line in one sentence: Its awesome clothes that you rent each month instead of paying full price for them (you do have the option before you return the items to purchase them! Super cool.)

The clothing categories run the gamut: dresses, tops, denim, jackets and coats and more. You name it, they have it and searching is a dream as you can search by what is available in your size. I tried to choose something from each category with my six pieces. I ordered:

1. Boyfriend Striped Buttondown: Pilcro and the Letterpress by Anthropologie

2. High Rise Acid Washed shorts: Pilcro and the Letterpress by Anthropologie

3. Textured Rib Pencil Skirt: Endless Rose

4. Leopard Print Tee: Sol Angeles

5. Dip-Dyed Floral Dress: Anthropologie

6. Francesca Balloon Sleeved Romper: Anthropologie

Within days, my items arrived in a zippered cloth box with all the items inside. Check out the pictures above on all the items I picked. I really loved the floral dress. In the next monthly order (I only did a month that was gifted by Nuuly) I would have ordered all dresses. There is so much value in renting the dresses as the cost to purchase dresses within these brands is generally a lot pricier than an $88 monthly payment. I think coats and jackets would be awesome to rent as well!
