Target Dinner Series: Crockpot Pulled Chicken Fajitas
This one is super super easy! It’s just four simple ingredients to put in your slow cooker and toss into a tortilla for crockpot pulled chicken fajitas!
Put the following in a crockpot on high for four hours:
• One onion cut into slices (found in Target produce section
• Good & Gather Restaurant Style salsa 16oz (drain excess liquid)
• Sliced peppers from the produce section
• Perdue Chicken breasts: I have three boneless breasts in this recipe
When done cooking shred the chicken in the crockpot and add to Mission tortillas, top if you like with Good & Gather shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream!
